Nilesh is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. Currently, he works as an independent Lean Six Sigma Practitioner & Trainer. In his current role, he has been serving different clients for addressing their organizational-level process improvement and training needs across Manufacturing, Information Technology (IT), Information Technology-enabled Services (ITeS) and Services industries. Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions with Accenture, Tech Mahindra, WNS Global Services, and SITEL India.

Nilesh has experience of completing improvement projects across industries, such as Manufacturing, IT, ITeS, and Services. He has been executing these projects across various business domains, namely Finance & Accounting (F&A), Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare & Pharma, Customer Service, Roofing & Building Solutions, Automotive, Utilities & Energy, Supply Chain Management, etc. Besides Online and Classroom trainings, Nilesh delivered 130+ Recorded Virtual Classes (RVCs) on the Lean Six Sigma-Certification & Non-certification courses
