She holds a Ph.D. in Languages, Cultures, and Literacies from Simon Fraser University, an M.Ed. in Adult Learning and Education from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester. With extensive experience teaching various human resources courses at renowned institutions such as the University of British Columbia and University Canada West, Gifty brings a wealth of knowledge to her professional endeavors.

As the Founder and CEO of PARKER HR Solutions, Gifty provides HR consulting and talent management services across Canada and the USA. Her professional certifications include the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). She is an active mentor for The Scotiabank Women Initiative, supporting the growth of women entrepreneurs across Canada.
