Dr. Brett Trusko Overview:
ISO 56001 (Innovation Management Standard) has now been released. It is exected that in the not-to-distant future large companies and governments will require accreditation in order to do business. Regardless of how this future plays out, adopting a standard for manageing your innovation initiatives will improve your success in this important area.
Why should you Attend:
An organization could expect at least a year to become accredited in the innovation management standard. Should large companies and governments decide to adopt the standard as a requirement to do business with them, you may be left out of consideration.
Even if a partner organization does not require the accredidation, it is a prudent decision to adopt a standard management procdure for the management of your organizations innovation initiatives.
