Overview:

Survey readiness is a state of mind and a working commitment towards stability. Successful outcome is a planned outcome not achieved without knowledge and the no how. Application of the regulations and guidelines must be systematically understood by all who are in the mix of the process. This session will outline the components of a compliant post-acute system.

Why you should Attend:

  • Do you know the SOM Appendix PP federal regulations and how to apply them to your facility in a way that survey isn’t a scary thought, or you want to run and hide if surveyors walk into your building?
  • How about writing a POC based on the 2567L form that passes the first time you submit?
  • Is your STAR rating being affected because of ongoing non-compliance?
  • Ever been on a 21-day fast track to closure or want to avoid this at all costs?

If so, this session will provide you with tools and solid knowledge based on proven outcomes to some of the worst scenarios that were turned around and continue to be successful facilities.

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • The survey
  • The implementation and oversight towards correction efforts
  • The plan of correction elements
  • The post-acute systems and their components

Who Will Benefit:

  • Corporate Professionals
  • Administrative Staff
  • Directors and Nurses
